Message Broker stuck in Launched Status

Applies to:
BSM 9.2x

Issue:

When launching the BSM Services, the Message Broker services will not change from Launched to Started.

Steps:
1. Stop the BSM Services on the DPS and Gateway.

2. Change the command %SONIC_HOME%\bin\env to %SONIC_HOME%\bin\env.bat

3. Restart the services on the DPS and Gateway.  Make sure to follow the correct order when starting the services.
