Sitescope Loggrabber 11.x

Issue:

Log analysis for HP and J9 internal troubleshooting.

Steps:

1. Go to the SiteScope servers install directory and execute the loggrabber.bat file.

C:\SiteScope\tools\LogGrabberSiteScope\LogGrabber.bat

2. Send the files to J9 via file share. (File share will be provided when logs are requested.)
